Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No reputable agency can guarantee specific rankings, because search engines control their algorithms. We focus on proven best practices and measurable improvements in visibility, traffic and qualified leads.

How do you generate qualified leads?
We combine paid channels like Google Ads and Meta Ads with organic traffic, purpose-built landing pages, and sales funnels with automated follow-up — so more of the right prospects reach you and fewer slip away.
Do advertising budgets come out of your fees?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to platforms such as Google and Meta and is separate from our management fees. We recommend a realistic budget based on your goals and market.
How do you measure lead quality?
We track more than raw volume — we look at qualification rate, cost per qualified lead, booked calls and conversions. Dashboards connect marketing activity to real business outcomes.
Pricing
How much does it cost to work with you?
We offer Starter, Growth and Enterprise plans, plus fixed-scope projects. Starter begins around $1,500 per month. Final pricing depends on scope, integrations and volume, and is always confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
Do you require a long-term contract?
Monthly plans have a short initial minimum term — typically three months — so the work has time to produce results. After that, plans continue month to month and can be adjusted or cancelled with notice as described in your service agreement.
What is your refund policy?
Because our services involve dedicated time and custom work, refunds are handled per our Refund Policy, which covers consulting, project and milestone payments, custom development and cancellations.
Timeline
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines depend on scope. A landing page or single automation may take one to three weeks, while a full website build or multi-system AI integration typically takes four to ten weeks. Every project has a milestone schedule agreed in advance.

What tools and platforms do you integrate with?

What support do you provide after launch?
All plans include support — from email support on Starter to priority support with an SLA on Enterprise. We also offer ongoing optimization, monitoring and reporting to keep systems performing.
What are your business hours?
Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Standard Time. The AI systems and automations we build for you continue to run 24/7.
Security & Ownership
How do you handle data security and privacy?

Who owns the work you deliver?
On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project — excluding third-party tools, licensed assets and our pre-existing frameworks — as described in the Service Agreement.
